Coverage exists worldwide for the advice in law concerning any European country. Due to the Bundesrechtsanwaltsordnung, attorneys (Rechtsanwälte) are obliged to have a professional liabilty insurance with a minimum sum insured of 250,000 EUR. The details can be found in § 51 BRAO.

2. Collection and storage of personal data as well as the nature and purpose of their use

When visiting the website

When you visit my website www.ja-ra.net, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to the server of my website. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information will be collected without your intervention and stored until automated deletion:

I use cookies on my site. These are small files that your browser automatically creates and that are stored on your device (laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.) when you visit my website. Cookies do not harm your device, do not contain viruses, Trojans or other malicious software. In the cookie information is stored, each resulting in connection with the specific end device used. You have the right:

• to request information about your personal data processed by me pursuant to Art. 15 GDPR. In particular, you can request information on the processing purposes, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been disclosed, the planned retention period, the right to rectification, deletion, limitation of processing or objection, the existence of a right of appeal, the origin of their data, if they have not collected from me, as well as about the existence of automated decision-making including profiling and, where appropriate, meaningful information on their details;

• to immediately demand the correction of incorrect or the completion of personal data stored in my possession in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR;

• to demand the deletion of your personal data stored with me according to Art. 17 GDPR, as far as the processing is not required for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information, for the fulfillment of a legal obligation, for reasons of the public interest or for the assertion, exercise or defense of Legal claims;

• to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR, as far as the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful, but you reject their deletion and I no longer need the data, but you require them for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims or you have objected to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR;

• to receive your personal data provided to me in a structured, standard and machine-readable format or to request transmission to another person responsible in accordance with Art. 20 GDPR;

• to revoke your once given consent to me at any time according to Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR. As a result, I cannot continue the data processing based on this consent for the future and

• to complain to a supervisory authority pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or work or my law firm.

6. Right of objection

If your personal data are processed based on legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR, you have the right to file an objection against the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR, if there are reasons for this arising from your particular situation or the objection is directed against direct advertisement. In the latter case, you have a general right to objection, which is implemented by me without stating a particular situation.

7. Data security

I use the popular SSL (Secure Socket Layer) method within the visit of this website, combined with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser. In general, this is a 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, I’ll use 128-bit v3 technology instead. Whether a single page of my website is transmitted in encrypted form is indicated by the closed representation of the key or lock icon in the bottom status bar of your browser. Incidentally, I use appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or against unauthorized access by third parties. My security measures are constantly being improved in line with technological developments.
